Improve neck mobility, build strength and develop better cervical control with a progressive 4-week program.

Do you spend long hours working at a computer, looking down or maintaining the same position throughout the day?
These situations can be associated with neck stiffness, muscle tension and difficulty maintaining a comfortable head position during everyday activities.
This program is designed to help improve cervical mobility, strength and motor control through specific, progressive exercises.
What’s Included?
- 4 weeks of progressive rehabilitation, organized step by step.
- 4 PDF guides, one for each week.
- Exercises with demonstration photos and videos.
- Clear instructions for every movement.
- Cervical mobility, strengthening, stability and proprioception exercises.
- Activities designed to improve head control and muscular endurance in everyday life.
How Does It Work?
Week 1 – Cervical Activation and Control
Start with controlled exercises to develop mobility, activate the neck muscles and improve awareness of head position.
Week 2 – Mobility and Progressive Strengthening
Introduce more dynamic movements and resistance exercises to improve the capacity of the cervical and shoulder girdle muscles.
Week 3 – Stability and Coordination
Gradually increase the challenge with postural control, proprioception and combined neck and trunk movements.
Week 4 – Functional Integration
Bring everything together through more comprehensive exercises combining cervical mobility, stability, strength and balance.
Who Is This Program For?
This program may be suitable for people who:
- Spend long hours sitting or working at a computer.
- Frequently keep their head tilted forwards or downwards.
- Work in standing positions that require looking down.
- Experience neck stiffness or tension associated with sustained positions.
- Want to improve neck control, mobility and muscular endurance.
Created by a Physiotherapist
This program was developed by Antonio Dimasi, physiotherapist and graduate in Sports and Exercise Science, using a progressive approach focused on movement control and functional rehabilitation.

These are not randomly selected exercises: each week builds on the previous one.

Important Information
This program is educational and does not replace an individual assessment by a healthcare professional. Loss of cervical lordosis on imaging does not necessarily cause pain or require correction of the spinal curve. Exercises should be adapted to individual needs and tolerance.
If you experience significant, progressive or unusual symptoms, seek professional medical advice before continuing.
