Advanced Program for De Quervain’s Syndrome

A progressive 4-week program to improve strength, stability and confidence in your thumb and wrist

If you have already started working on your De Quervain’s syndrome and want to progress to a more complete phase, this program will guide you through 4 weeks of progressive training.

This is not simply a collection of exercises.

We will work on strength, mobility, stability, neuromuscular control and functional movements, progressively modifying the technique and difficulty to prepare your thumb, wrist and entire upper limb for everyday activities, work and sport.

🎯 How Does It Work?

The program is divided into 4 progressive weeks.

We will begin by developing the foundations of movement and load tolerance. Then, week by week, we will introduce new techniques and progressively increase the difficulty:

  • ✅ Progressive tendon adaptation to load
  • ✅ Thumb and wrist strengthening
  • ✅ Mobility and movement control
  • ✅ Eccentric and isometric training
  • ✅ Stability and proprioception
  • ✅ Coordination between the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder
  • ✅ Increasingly functional movements
  • ✅ Preparation for everyday, work and sporting activities

The exercises do not completely change every week: they progress with you.

This allows you to consolidate what you have learned before progressing to more complex movements and loads.

📱 A Program Divided into 4 Easy-to-Follow Weeks

To make the program simpler and more practical, you will receive 4 separate weekly blocks.

This allows you to focus only on the week you are currently completing, without having to go through the entire program at once.

Throughout the four weeks, you will find:

📸 Photographs to help you understand each position correctly
🎥 Demonstration videos to guide you through the movements
▶️ Clear instructions on technique, repetitions and recovery
🧠 Simple explanations of the techniques used
💡 The reason behind each exercise and progression

Because the difference is not only which exercise you perform, but also how and why you perform it.

👋 Who Created This Program?

I’m Antonio Dimasi, a physiotherapist and graduate in Sport and Exercise Science.

I created PhysioCareHub to provide clear, progressive and easy-to-follow programs, using my experience in physiotherapy and therapeutic exercise to help you understand not only what to do, but also how and why to do it.

This program follows the same philosophy: to guide you step by step and help you work on your De Quervain’s syndrome in a progressive, practical and informed way.

🚀 Ready to Continue?
